When these Client's finally found their dream home in their dream neighbourhood, they knew that a major overhaul would be needed to repair the tired, outdated finishes and make the home more functional for their family. With a tight budget and a long list of renovation requirements, we worked closely with the Client's to address the priority items in a budget-friendly manner. By maintaining most of the same layout, we were able to allocate more of their budget into adding storage, a generous kitchen island, and with higher quality finish materials throughout!
